LifeLang Journal is operated by Onurozcan. We want you to feel confident becoming a Founding Member. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — for any reason.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and find your order using the email used at checkout, or
- Reply to your Paddle receipt email and ask for a refund, or
- Contact us in-app and we will start the refund on your behalf.
What happens after a refund
Once the refund is approved, your subscription is canceled and your plan is reverted to Free Starter. Past lessons stay accessible under the Free Starter plan; new lessons resume according to the Free Starter monthly quota. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
After the 30-day window
After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you can cancel at any time from Settings to stop future renewals. You keep access for the rest of the period you have paid for.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show evidence of abuse, fraud, or material breach of our Terms of Service.
